BRINGING BOATS TO EVSRA REGATTAS
AT LAKE WHITEHURST

Each team attending a regatta at Lake Whitehurst is assigned a
designated crew area where boat trailers for that team must be parked.
Unfortunately, we can only allow one vehicle per team inside the regatta
grounds and that vehicle must be used to transport boats.

       Gates open at 6 AM on regatta days.  No boats may be delivered after
7:30 AM  The Fisherman's Gate entrance will be closed off for
vehicle/trailer access and used for participant and spectator admission   No
trailers will be permitted to leave the regatta grounds until after recovery
and storage of all boats from the race course following the final race of
the day.

       For those programs transporting crew team members and coaches on
school buses, access will be through the Garden's main entrance with parking
in the main lot.

        A grounds attendant will be available between 4 PM and 7 PM on the
Friday evening prior to regattas to meet early boat deliveries. We ask, however, that you advise our Grounds Marshal, Mark Marchbank if you intend to deliver boats on Friday night.  If you are car-topping sculls please also coordinate a parking permit and parking space with our Grounds Marshal .
